Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, with expertise in Talent & Technology (T&T) and Human Resources (HR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, including employee life cycle management, talent acquisition, and performance management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to onboarding and training.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in SF LMS and other HR software applications.
Experience in managing large-scale HR projects and initiatives.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
