Your Work

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and delivering SAC Planning and Reporting solutions, combined with hands-on experience in client engagement, solution design, and implementation. This role requires both deep technical knowledge and a solid understanding of financial and business planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAC Planning implementations, from requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, and deployment.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective planning and reporting solutions in SAC.
Design and develop SAC Models, Dimensions, Data Actions, and Allocation Processes to support business planning requirements.
Build and enhance SAC Stories, Dashboards, and Digital Boardrooms for management reporting and decision support.
Configure live and import data connections between SAC and multiple SAP/non-SAP systems.
Develop complex calculations, data actions, and allocation logic for advanced planning scenarios.
Implement delta loads, data imports, and transformation rules using SAC import connections.
Create and maintain Analytical Applications to support interactive reporting and advanced visualization needs.
Utilize features like predictive analytics, calendar, collaboration, and data visualizations to enhance business planning.
Support integration with SAP BW and SAP HANA for seamless data flow and analytics.
Provide best-practice recommendations in model design, data management, and planning processes.
Work closely with business and finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation activities.

Required Skills:

Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing Planning and Reporting solutions.
At least one full-cycle SAC Planning implementation completed successfully.
Proven client-facing experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Strong proficiency in:
Model and dimension creation
Data actions, allocations, and advanced formulas
Story, dashboard, and analytical application development
Live and import connection configuration
Import jobs, delta loads, and data transformation
Sound functional understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Experience with SAP BW and SAP HANA integration for SAC solutions is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration abilities.
