Designation: Assistant Manager

Manager - ServiceNow Development (3-6 years experience)

Role Overview:

The Professional will design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and GRC modules. This role involves end-to-end platform ownership, solution architecture, team management, and engagement delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and technical governance.
Oversee multiple module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, etc.).
Define development standards, best practices, and integration strategies.
Manage team of developers and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Drive automation, workflow optimization, and platform upgrades.
Manage delivery financials, project planning, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance, performance, and security across ServiceNow environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of total experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP).
Experience in implementation of at least 3-4 ServiceNow modules end-to-end.
Proven experience leading large technical teams and complex transformation engagements.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
