Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP).

Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and dashboards to support business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data migration and integration with other enterprise systems using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
Maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and customizations.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Experience with Dynamics SDK, REST APIs, and custom plugin development.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and data model.
Experience with Azure services and DevOps is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are desirable.

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
