Experience: 7-10 years
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conversational AI/Developer/Senior Developers/Architect to join our team. As a Conversational AI Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art Conversational solutions using Large Language Models(LLM), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and other niche technologies and platforms. You will play a crucial role in advancing our AI capabilities, driving innovation, and solving complex problems using generative AI techniques. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Java Script (JS), Python programming, and extensive experience working with large language models.
Responsibility
Design and implement conversational AI solutions using hyperscaler/low code platforms such as Kore AI, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, MS Botframework or similar platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, conversational designers, and software developers.
Highly proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js etc
Deep expertise in integrating Conversational Applications with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Strong working experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), bot performance Optimization and NLP tuning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, large language models, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members in the field of generative AI and large language models.
Requirements
Bachelors/master s degree in engineering/science with 2-10 years relevant experience
Strong proficiency in Python/node.js programming and experience with conversational AI frameworks such as Kore, AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow etc.
Experience working with large language models such as GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure Open AI, Google Vertex, LLAMA or similar models
Proven track record of developing and implementing generative AI models for text, image, or other data types.
Familiarity with transfer learning and pre-training techniques for large language models.
Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Develop and optimize prompts for various natural language processing tasks using few-shot, one-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
