Job Description

Territory Sales Incharge (TSI)

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure availability of all brands across General Trade/SMT outlets in the assigned territory.
Expand distribution and improve outlet coverage.
Negotiate visibility space and implement planograms at store level.
Execute trade promotions, schemes, consumer offers, and wet sampling activities.
Achieve monthly volume and value sales targets.
Deploy and supervise promoters; ensure quality execution at outlets.
Coordinate with stockists on billing, payments, and stock rotation.
Monitor aging stock and ensure timely liquidation.
Submit daily activity reports and weekly updates on distribution, visibility, promotions, and secondary sales.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
25 years of FMCG field sales experience.
Strong knowledge of GT/SMT channels and distributor operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and market execution skills.
Ability to manage promoters and drive retail visibility.
Willingness to travel extensively across Belgaum.
