You will be responsible for meeting Sales & Development targets through effective implementation of area sales plans. This includes developing Sales forecast for all categories, creating channel sales strategy, and defining allocation of sales targets to different territories. Your role will involve planning and achieving distribution expansion, managing stocks and logistics, and ensuring distributor claims are settled on time. You will need to implement sales strategy based on market analysis and internal data to achieve targets. Furthermore, you will be required to develop a distribution strategy in line with the changing channel mix, track availability and performance of manpower at Distribution Centers, and monitor distribution expansion by class of towns, type of OLs, and category. You will also execute distributor MIS packages, build trust with Modern Trade and Company, and collaborate with Regional Trade Marketing/Key Account teams for managing schemes and promotions. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will work closely on executing specific promotions like exhibitions, sampling, and in-store activities in Key Accounts, as well as plan for new product launches based on category understanding and distribution objectives. The ideal candidate for this position must be a Graduate, with an MBA preferred, and should have 3-5 years of experience in General Trade within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to read and understand data are essential skills required for this role.,
