Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist, your role will involve various sourcing activities to ensure efficient supplier management and parts development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting supplier research and analysis - Reviewing specifications and RFQ/bidding - Analyzing quotes and selecting suppliers - Enhancing the bidding pool - Managing parts development including tool development - Monitoring project milestones and cost optimization - Managing EO/4M activities - Finalizing prices for trim parts, plastic painted parts, and tooling costs - Engaging in cost innovation activities such as LTA, localization, VAVE - Benchmarking alternative sourcing options - Implementing productivity improvements and cost audits - Ensuring compliance with regulations and certifications - Managing vendor capacity and demand fluctuations - Supporting the quality team in resolving supplier parts quality issues - Handling contracts management and agreements - Maintaining databases, reports, and important documents The company values your contribution in ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining high-quality standards in the supply chain.,
