Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Per Month)

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation & Trials

· Conduct complete trials of Blister Packaging Machines before dispatch.

· Operate machinery to check performance, speed, accuracy, and product output.

· Ensure machine parameters are set as per the required standards.

2. Quality Control & Inspection

· Inspect the machine and output materials for defects or operational issues.

· Verify machine performance meets company quality standards.

· Document trial results and report inconsistencies.

3. Troubleshooting & Adjustments

· Identify mechanical/technical issues during the trial process.

· Work with the service and production team to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

· Adjust machine settings, alignment, molds, and tooling as needed.

4. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain detailed records of trial procedures, issues, and resolutions.

· Prepare trial reports for internal teams and customer reference.

5. Coordination & Support

· Coordinate with production, assembly, and quality teams for smooth trial execution.

· Provide assistance during customer factory acceptance tests (FAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Machine Operator / Trial Operator.
• Hands-on experience with packaging machinery (preferably blister machines).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and technical components.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
