Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Team Lead to oversee daily fund flow operations, banking activities, and treasury reporting. The role requires strong coordination with banks and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily banking transactions and fund transfers.
• Monitor short-term cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for treasury operations and cash forecasting.
• Take ownership of treasury processes and drive improvements in fund flow efficiency.
• Liaise with internal finance and operational teams to align fund disbursement and collection schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury controls and assist in audit documentation.
• Provide insights on optimizing cash flow and minimizing idle funds.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in banking coordination, MIS, and cash/fund flow monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Ownership mindset with ability to manage treasury workflows independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
