No of Vacancies1Reports toIs a Team leaderNoTeam Size1GradeDeputy Manager, ManagerBusinessDepartmentTreasurySub-DepartmentTreasury ALMLocationAbout TreasuryThe Treasury department is responsible for supervising the Bank s funding position and maintaining its regulatory reserve requirements It invests in sovereign and corporate debt instruments, and engages in proprietary trading in equity and fixed income securities, foreign exchange, currency futures and options The division further governs the Bank s investments in commercial paper, mutual funds and floating rate instruments as part of the management of short-term surplus liquidity Moreover, it offers a wide range of treasury products and services to corporate customersAbouttheRoleTreasury & Markets: ALM - Analyticsinvolves handling all term deposit related activities in Treasury-ALM in coordination with retail, branch banking, wholesale banking, NRI teams; ownership of NRTDs to improve processes and driving growthPerform day to day monitoring of deposit rates along with peer banksPreparing strategies to support deposit growthDriving the NRTD product across the RMs, branches, retail teamMonitoring all deposit related processes premature penalty waiver, non-callable deposits, future quotes etcPerform market analysis and intelligence to improve internal framework, policiesQualificationsMBA (Finance, Tier 1 institute preferable) , CA (preferably rank holders), CFARole ProficienciesProcess driven mindsetExcellent inter personal and communication skillsAttention to detailAble to focus on perfectionSharp and self-motivated#ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open Women, LGBTQIA+ and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply
