Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for raising funds on time at optimal cost, preparing Credit Monitoring Arrangement data and project reports, devising a strong forex policy to minimize risks associated with exchange fluctuations, maintaining an optimal reserve of foreign currency, ensuring compliance with all banking requirements, and utilizing various tools such as ECB and FCNRB. Additionally, you will support team members in opening NPS accounts, understanding the NPS scheme, and ensuring monthly compliances for employees. You will also be tasked with setting up mechanisms for identifying and ensuring compliance with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies, as well as conducting timely meetings with consortium bankers and availing benefits of banking products related to working capital to lower capital costs. Key Responsibilities: - Raise funds on time at optimal cost and prepare CMA and project reports - Devise a strong forex policy to minimize exchange fluctuation risks - Maintain an optimal reserve of foreign currency - Ensure compliance with all banking requirements - Support team members in NPS account opening and monthly compliances - Set up mechanisms for compliance with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies - Conduct timely meetings with consortium bankers - Avail benefits of banking products related to working capital - Ensure auto reconciliation of bank entries and calculate interest on loans Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience, preferably from a Manufacturing Organization - Experience in fundraising of 100 Crore+ either as a team member or individually - Proficient in liaising and working with Banks/Financial Institutions - Strong financial management skills, including working capital assessment and fund management - Profound knowledge of rating and coordination with rating agencies - In-depth understanding of forex management - Working knowledge of SAP - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently - Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of tasks - Leadership qualities, including the ability to disagree and commit, work with a bias for action, and deliver a great experience consistently,
