Job Description

Treasury Director Will be based out of Mumbai. He will be primarily responsible for raising debt funding tosupport the expansion of the overall business. Position description: * Reporting to the country CFO Treasury Director will be responsible for the following jobs: - Cash flow management; liquidity monitoring and forecasting; - Drive the company ALCO and be responsible for managing interest rate, duration and currency risk; - Represent the Company with external parties such as but not limited to banks and securities companies; - Generate pipeline for new funding transactions and responsible for closing including documents in conjunction with internal lawyers; - Rating Agencies management, be the main point of contact, prepare documents and achieve rating improvement; - Provide guidance to members of the team. Other tasks may be considered subject to the candidate aptitudes. Requirements: ? Education &Experience o Bachelor's or above degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics; o At least 10years of experience in similar function in corporate treasury department, banking candidates will also be considered; o Experience gained from gold lending company highly valued; o Strong knowledge of domestic and international financial markets and local currency funding schemes; o Experience dealing with rating agencies; ? Skills and Competences o Language: English (fluent); o Good computer skills included MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; o Ability to work independently; ? Capacity to prioritise and work in a fast pace environment; ? Willingness to travel across the Country based on business requirement;
