Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Opening and closure of company bank account
Periodically updating authorized signatories & KYC refresh in bank accounts
Taking end-to-end ownership of Banking Transactions
Managing/doing the Compliances (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) as per compliance calendar
Overall ECB Transaction Management including interest servicing, ECB2 returns etc
End to End Execution of Borrowing Documents & other related compliances
End to End Vendor Management/onboarding, KYC process, and Payment processing
Accounting of Treasury related transactions/activities in ERP used by the company (Currently SAP)
Assist in closure of audit – resolution of queries of all internal / external auditors
All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Experience

Preferably 3-6 years

Education

Preferably MBA / CA

Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in ECB’s, NBFC Treasury Compliances
Efficient cash-flow management skills
Sound understanding of Accounting and Financial Mathematics
Good Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
Proficiency in MS Office & SAP
