• Conduct regular visits to multiple store locations to audit operations and provide hands-on support.
• Train, guide, and motivate store teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all assigned stores.
• Analyze performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Act as the primary liaison between stores and corporate teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Support new store openings, staff onboarding, and temporary performance interventions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and safety regulations.
