Job Summary:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Private Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Travel & Tourism Trainer to train staff in various aspects of the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, improve customer service standards, and ensure team members are well-equipped to handle operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Development:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on travel and tourism operations, ticketing (air, train), hotel bookings, visa and immigration processes, and customer service.
• Conduct both classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

2. Industry Knowledge & Compliance:

• Keep staff updated on the latest travel industry trends, policies, and regulations.
• Ensure employees are aware of and comply with company policies, government rules, and statutory requirements related to travel and tourism.

3. Skill Enhancement & Soft Skills:

• Develop programs to improve communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Train staff to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide high-quality service.

4. Operational Support:

• Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments such as ticketing, tour operations, hotel coordination, and visa services.
• Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and training needs.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Assess employee performance post-training and provide reports to management.
• Recommend additional training or coaching for underperforming staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with experience in training or mentoring staff.
• Strong knowledge of airline and railway ticketing systems, hotel bookings, visa processes, and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire staff, with strong organizational skills.
