Job Description

The Travel Tourism Trainer Designs, Develops, And Delivers Training Programs To Enhance The Skills And Knowledge Of Individuals In The Travel And Tourism Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Training Programs : Create And Update Training Materials And Courses.
Deliver Training : Conduct In-person And Online/Offline Training Sessions, Workshops, And Seminars.
Evaluate Participants : Assess Participant Progress And Provide Feedback.
Stay Updated : Keep Informed About Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Certification : Ensure Programs Meet Industry Standards And Issue Certifications.
Marketing : Promote Training Programs And Build Industry Relationships.
Continuous Improvement : Collect Feedback And Improve Training Methods.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelors Degree In Travel And Tourism, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field. Masters Preferred.
Experience : 3-5 Years In The Travel And Tourism Industry, With 2+ Years In Training.
Certifications : Relevant Certifications

Skills:

In-depth Industry Knowledge
Effective Training And Communication Skills
Proficiency With E-learning Platforms
Strong Organizational And Adaptability Skills
