Roles & Responsibilities: HIRING! Drive lead generation and inquiries through diverse online and offline channels, catering to both B2C and B2B markets.

Convert leads into sales, fostering increased customer engagement. Develop personalised itineraries and cost estimates based on individual customer requirements.

Address customer queries promptly via email and phone communication. Conduct research on a variety of travel destinations to enhance product knowledge.

Recognize and pursue business opportunities by identifying prospects and analysing potential sales avenues. Regularly assess and surpass sales targets through self-performance evaluations.

Demonstrate expertise in sales, destination knowledge (both international and domestic), visa processing, ticketing, and pre/post-sales processes.

Attend events and client meetings in Pune and participate in various marketing events.
