Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales & Lead Conversion: Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries for both domestic and international destinations. Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering tailored travel solutions. Promote tour packages, hotel reservations, flights, and other travel services. Upsell and cross-sell travel products to maximize revenue. Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Understand client preferences, travel budgets, and specific requirements. Provide personalized travel recommendations based on market trends. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. Itinerary Planning & Coordination: Design customized travel packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transportation. Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to secure the best deals. Keep up-to-date with new travel trends, visa policies, and international travel restrictions. Operations & Documentation: Assist clients with visa processing, insurance, and other travel-related documentation. Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle any last-minute changes. Address customer complaints and provide resolution in a professional manner. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with domestic and international travel trends, airline deals, and new destinations.
