Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (any process) Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Mostly Night Shifts) Salary: As per industry standards ( 25-40k Rest Depend on Interview) Benefits: Both Side cab and one time meal (8 hours working with 5.5 days Working) ⸻ Job Description: We are hiring for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Process Executives for our Flight Booking division. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in any process (BPO, customer service, back-office, etc.) and must be comfortable working in night shifts. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight booking inquiries. • Process flight bookings efficiently using internal tools and GDS platforms. • Manage leads generated through PPC campaigns and convert them into successful bookings. • Assist customers with itinerary details, fare information, date changes, and cancellations. • Ensure excellent customer experience and follow up where necessary. • Coordinate with the backend and ticketing team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. • Maintain call logs and update records in CRM tools. ⸻ Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of experience in any domain or process. • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (majorly night shifts). • Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily/weekly targets. • Basic knowledge of flight booking/ticketing will be an added advantage. • Must be a quick learner with a positive attitude. ⸻ Perks & Benefits: • Attractive incentives on conversions. • Training and growth opportunities. • Supportive team environment.
