Travel Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Brief JD:

-Work for international travel process.

-Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US, Canada, and Australia Travel Processes.

-Booking customers' flight tickets and converting query calls via email, chat or call as assigned.

-Offering Customer support whenever it's needed. 

1. Candidates with prior calling experience are preferred. 
2. Hired candidates will undergo training which is required to guide customers about international flight ticket booking. The training also involves learning Amadeus software.
3. We cater to USA, Canadian, and Australian customers. 
4. For freshers, the salary starts from 15000 (plus incentives and cab facility). The final offer depends on the candidate's interview.  
5. For experienced the salary depends on the experience, skills, and competence.

Note: It's a night shift process so only the candidates comfortable working in night shifts should apply.

Ideal candidate:

a) Candidates with little prior Tele-calling/sales or customer support experience (preferably in some international process)- 6 months minimum will work. 

b) Freshers with good communication skills, sales potential, and fluency in English.
