Job Description

Handle international flight bookings (primarily US/Canada to India) Use Amadeus to search, quote, and issue tickets. Provide fare quotes, rebooking options, and manage cancellations or refunds as per airline policies. Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fare contracts, special fares (ethnic or consolidator fares), and group bookings. Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer information, and payment confirmations.
