Travel Sales Consultant

Role Overview: You will be taking the leadership role in managing the division from both a P&L and brand perspective. Your main responsibilities will include developing the business plan to match the goals of the current organisation, managing, building, and guiding the team to reach the business plan target. Additionally, you will be developing the marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Key Responsibilities: - Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends. - Maintain team results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Develop the team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Develop business and contribute to increasing revenue and market share of the Company. - Keep track of competition, create commercial charts, and maintain the client database. - Maintain knowledge of various destinations/products. - Responsible for Man-management activities. - Ensure the provision of good customer service to all clients and customers. - Responsible for business development. - Responsible for Sales & operations for the entire region. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of the travel industry and various destinations/products. - Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. - Experience in business development and increasing revenue. - Full-time availability.
