Job Description

As a Senior Travel Sales Consultant at Travoinspire Global Private Limited, your role involves actively generating and converting leads through field sales activities such as cold calls, visits, and presentations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring corporate travel solutions accordingly. Your end-to-end sales process will include handling inquiries, bookings, and post-sale support. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets is crucial, along with providing in-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, pricing structures, and market trends. Participation in sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility is also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback are essential. Key Responsibilities: - Actively generate and convert leads through field sales activities including cold calls, visits, and presentations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and accounts. - Understand client needs and tailor corporate travel solutions accordingly. - Handle end-to-end sales process from inquiry to booking and post-sale support. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Provide in-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, pricing structures, and market trends. - Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, account management) to ensure seamless client experiences. - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel sales, with a strong track record in field and hardcore sales. - Must have experience in corporate travel sales only. - Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets. - Strong knowledge of business travel services, policy compliance, and client servicing. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively for business development. - Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).
