Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Kochi. The Travel Sales Consultant will assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activities. Responsibilities include providing expert travel consulting services, offering personalized recommendations, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with clients to deliver exceptional travel experiences tailored to their preferences.

Qualifications

Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with a focus on developing customized travel solutions
Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to address client needs effectively
Knowledge of managing Reservations and booking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in an on-site team environment and manage time effectively
Familiarity with international travel destinations and travel trends is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
