Travel Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Handle leads
generated from social media and advertisements.
Build strong client relationships through
timely follow-ups

Present various travel options to clients, matching their preferences and budget.
Close deals
and achieve sales targets.
Stay informed about the latest
travel trends
, destination information, and regulations.
Address and resolve any
travel-related issues
that arise.
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
Assist clients with
travel insurance
and other related services.
Promote
travel packages and special offers
.
Adhere to company scripts and guidelines during all calls.
Maintain a desired conversion rate to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
