About the job Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable "Travel Package Sales Executive (International/Domestic)" to join our travel team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and selling domestic and international holiday packages tailored according to customer preferences. If you love travel, customer interaction, and creating memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities: * Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable travel packages. * Create customized itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers. * Provide detailed information on destinations, travel documents, visa requirements and currency. * Co-ordinate with suppliers and hotels. * Handle queries through calls, emails, and in-person consultations. * Manage booking confirmations, payments, and travel documentation. * Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers. Job Requirements: * Minimum Experience required –0- 1 Years in the travel industry or tele-caller sales . * Education Qualification – Graduation * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Attention to detail *Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel , Power-Point , Word ) **Freshers are welcome with appropriate pre-requisites for this position. **Work Location - 8th Floor, 90 DEGREES Magnus, EP Block, Street Number 15, EP Block, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091 **P ERKS ** Salary - Rs. 12,000-20,000 per month as per experience.
