We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries and convert them into sales. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel packages and itineraries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth tour operations. Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and bookings. Requirements Strong communication and sales skills. Passion for travel and customer service. Prior experience in travel sales or hospitality is a plus . Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, CRM tools).
