Travel Sales Consultant

As a Travel Sales Consultant at our team in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound travel inquiries, converting them into sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound travel inquiries and converting them into sales. - Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable travel packages and itineraries. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. - Coordinating with DMCs, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth tour operations. - Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue goals. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, inquiries, and bookings. To excel in this role, you will need: - Strong communication and sales skills. - Passion for travel and customer service. - Prior experience in travel sales or hospitality is a plus. - Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, CRM tools). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
