Travel Sales Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel packages and itineraries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth tour operations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and bookings.

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
• Prior experience in travel sales or hospitality is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, CRM tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,511.66 - ₹33,995.14 per month
