Travel Sales Consultant

As a Travel Sales Consultant specializing in the UK and US markets, you will handle inbound inquiries from customers seeking to book vacations, flights, accommodations, and other travel services. Your primary responsibility is to understand the travel preferences of clients, offer personalized recommendations, and convert inquiries into bookings to meet sales objectives. You will be expected to: - Manage inbound sales calls from UK and US clients related to travel services. - Comprehend customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions such as flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance. - Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries, proposing itineraries, and resolving booking-related issues. - Upsell travel packages and additional services like car rentals and special tours to enhance booking value. - Secure bookings by effectively following up on leads and closing sales. - Achieve and surpass sales targets while upholding a high level of customer satisfaction. - Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and new offerings in the UK and US travel markets. - Aid customers with travel documentation and visa needs when necessary.
