Job Overview:

Travel Sales Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and bookings for
international and domestic flight tickets
.
Manage
B2B and B2C sales
for Australia, New Zealand, and UK markets.
Issue, reissue, and process
date changes, schedule changes, and refunds
.
Provide
accurate fare quotations
using GDS platforms.
Interact with airlines to resolve queries related to ticketing or travel issues.
Deliver excellent service while maintaining a high conversion rate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

6 months to 8 years
of experience in travel sales, ticketing, or post-sales support.
Excellent working knowledge of
GDS systems
(Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Worldspan).
Strong understanding of
domestic and international fare rules
.
Good geographical knowledge
(city codes, airport codes, time zones, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to handle international clients.
Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory
(spoken fluency).
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
aligned with international time zones.
