About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international travel package management, itinerary planning, and client handling. Key Responsibilities

• Design and customise international travel itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
• Handle end-to-end travel package management including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and activities.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for bookings, confirmations, and service delivery.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
• Stay updated with global travel trends, destinations, and pricing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international travel sales or itinerary design.
• Strong knowledge of major travel destinations, hotel categories, flights, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work with efficiency, accuracy, and ownership of tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for travel.
