Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with strong hands-on experience in

React

and modern JavaScript, along with the ability to work on

legacy jQuery-based systems

. The role involves building high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for travel and reservation platforms, including integrations with Air APIs.This position requires someone who can effectively bridge

modern React-based development

with existing

jQuery/UI frameworks

, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience.Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, responsive UI components using React (v17/v18/v19), HTML5, and CSS3
• Consume and integrate RESTful APIs using Axios or Fetch
• Enhance UI interactivity using jQuery, jQuery UI, Select2, Owl Carousel, and related libraries
• Maintain, refactor, and enhance legacy jQuery-based modules
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards
• Implement pixel-perfect UI based on design mockups (Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch)
• Optimize frontend performance and accessibility
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React (hooks, functional components, Context API)
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery (v3.3.1), and jQuery UI (v1.11.4)
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap 4.1.3)
• Familiarity with UI libraries such as Font Awesome, Select2, and Owl Carousel
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs on the frontend
• Proficiency with browser developer tools and debugging techniques
• Experience using Git and frontend build tools like Vite or Webpack
  

Must-Have Domain Experience

• Mandatory experience in Travel, Reservation Portals, or Air API–based platforms
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js (SSR/CSR or hybrid rendering)
• Working knowledge of Node.js environments
• Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Experience with form libraries (Formik, React Hook Form)
• Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
