Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of trips and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall travel management services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in travel operations management, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of OTA/TMC operations, including booking systems and travel management tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.
Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve operational goals.
