· Coordinate with the sales team to understand client budget and requirements, and create accurate and customized quotes and itineraries. · Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and optimize package costings. · Execute and manage all post-sales operations such as: - Visa processing - Travel insurance arrangements - Hotel confirmations - Flight bookings - Handling escalations and urgent requests · Ensure timely and clear communication with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and clients. · Be available after office hours to support clients who are on tour and manage any emergencies or special needs. · Maintain strong coordination with internal teams—sales, customer service, and ticketing—to ensure smooth operations. · Keep up-to-date knowledge of destinations and continuously develop vendor contacts to improve service delivery. · Handle documentation and internal reporting efficiently, ensuring all booking details are accurate and accessible.
