Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our day-to-day travel operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of social media handling and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage travel bookings, itineraries, and vendor communications Assist in creating and updating travel packages Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support Maintain accurate records and documentation Support basic social media activities (posting, replying to messages, etc.) Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote services Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
