Travel Operations Including Reservations, Travel Coordination And Customer Support. You have to also Handles Tour Assignments. You need to take care overall Control Over Daily Operations. He/She Is Service-Oriented And Is Able To Work On More Than One Task At The Same Time. He/She Guides The Operations Teams To Address Any Customer Feedback And Vendor Issues. He/She Is Able To Think Clearly In Emergencies. He/She is able to work on odd hours as well (in case of emergencies only). He/She Ensures Tour Operations Are Smooth And Follow Schedules. He/She should be able to do sales calls / conversation independently. He/She is entitled to work 5 day from office and 1 day from home.
