Travel Executive

We are hiring for an enthusiastic Travel Executive to join our team. As a Travel Executive ,you'll be responsible for ticketing, fare queries, rescheduling for travel airlines.

Location- Gurgaon

Salary- upto 2.5 LPA

Working days- 6 Days

Shifts- Rotational (including Night Shifts)

One way cab facility.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist customers with ticket booking, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Provide effective

  first-call resolution

  and escalate cases only when necessary.
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat as required.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure adherence to airlines service quality, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or special service requirements.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
• Handle customer complaints regarding

  delays, cancellations, refunds, or service disruptions

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via

  calls, chat, and emails

• Maintain a

  polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude

  at all times.
