Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel reservations.
• Coordinate and prepare detailed travel itineraries based on client requirements.
• Provide clients with travel advice, cost estimates, and suitable itinerary options.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients regarding bookings and changes.
• Process cancellations, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations.
• Maintain client records, invoices, and documentation accurately.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in the travel industry or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
