Travel Executive (INTERN)

Position: Travel Executive Intern
Type: Full‑time, Unpaid
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Assist in vendor contracting and coordination (hotels, transportation, etc.)
• Support itinerary creation and conduct destination research
• Aid in flight and hotel reservations and follow-up
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
• Analyze travel deals and support negotiations
• Maintain administrative documentation and booking logs
• (Optional) Help with RFP response drafting and tracking

Requirements:

• Student or graduate in Tourism/Hospitality/Business or related field
• Proficient in MS Office; booking system knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Negotiation ability and travel knowledge preferred
