Job Profile: Travel Executive - B2B Sales (Dubai based Travel Industry) Location: Bengaluru Note: Must own a 2-wheeler for travel within the city. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and promoting our travel products, mainly for destinations like UAE, Thailand, and Sri Lanka. Key Responsibilities: •New Business Development -Actively hunt for new B2B travel partners and agents. -Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and attending industry events. -Conduct in-person meetings with travel agents and clients across Jaipur and nearby areas. -Pitch and promote destination-specific travel packages. * Client Relationship Management -Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agents and corporate clients. -Understand client needs and offer tailored travel solutions. -Ensure excellent service and client satisfaction. * Sales & Operations -Prepare competitive costings, quotations, and customized travel itineraries. -Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. -Stay up-to-date with travel trends and competitors to refine approach. -Record daily activities, leads, and deals using CRM tools. * Market Knowledge -Focus on B2B sales for UAE, Thailand, and Sri Lanka. -Represent the company at travel exhibitions, events, and trade shows. -Share client feedback and market updates to improve offerings. Requirements:  • Experience & Education -2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience in the travel industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel Management or similar. -Experience in corporate travel, B2B distribution, or DMC is a big plus. Skills Required -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. -Strong knowledge of costing and itinerary building. -Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office. -Good time management and ability to work independently. Languages Fluency in English is a must. Other languages are a bonus.
