Grace Staffing Services is looking for experienced Travel Expert's to join our growing team. This night shift role offers transportation, a stable schedule, and timely opportunities for those ready to start immediately.

Your Role

• Book and manage travel: Use leading GDS platforms—Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Atlas, World of Span.
• Deliver top-tier customer service: Handle inquiries, provide advice, resolve issues.
• Process ticketing and manage changes: Ensure accuracy and documentation in all transactions.
• Maintain professionalism: Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

What We Require

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in ticketing, is required.
• GDS expertise: Proven hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
• Excellent communication: Clear, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Night shift readiness: Must be comfortable working US time zone nights.
• Immediate start: No notice period—only those ready to join now will be considered.
• Document verification: All relevant documents must be available for submission.
