About the Role

We are hiring skilled and customer-focused candidates for our International Flight Ticket Sales process, specializing in USA, Canada, and Australia to India routes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls & Chat, assisting customers with flight options, and providing high-quality travel support using global reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls for USA, Canada, and Australia markets.
• Sell flight tickets, upsell travel services, and provide accurate fare details.
• Use Amadeus (mandatory) for booking, ticketing, cancellations, and modifications for Experienced agent .
• Provide customers with the best fare options, promotions, and travel solutions.
• Follow compliance standards, and ensure sales targets are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• 1–5 years of experience in travel sales or international ticketing preferred.
• Mandatory knowledge of Amadeus (GDS) For Experienced
• Strong understanding of international airfare rules, itineraries, and ticket types.
• Ability to handle night shifts based on global time zones.
• Strong persuasion skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
