Candidates with Any Graduation having 4 to 6 years of work experience A proven track record of of successful sales experience in the travel industry. An inherent passion for travel and profound understanding of customer needs and preferences. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Prior experience in Airlines or Cruises would be advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Job Role & Responsiblites : Foster and maintain robust connections with an array of clientele, including travel agencies, corporate partners, event agencies and wedding planners. Develop and execute sales strategies that aligns with Cordelia Cruises business objectives, to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals. Drive the achievement of sales target by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and overseeing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Regularly create sales reports and presentations for executive management, showcasing sales performance, accomplishments and challenges. Engage in collaborations with both marketing and operations team, ensuring a seamless alignment of sales efforts with business objectives. Contribute valuable insights and constructive feedback towards the enhancement of product development, pricing strategies and marketing campaigns, all aimed at optimizing sales efficacy.
