Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end corporate travel operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in travel bookings, visa processing, vendor management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international travel bookings (air, rail, bus, hotel, cab).

Handle visa applications, documentation, and foreign currency requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, travel vendors, and service providers.

Manage travel-related payments, credit card statements, and expense coordination.

Support day-to-day travel desk and general administrative operations.

Ensure timely and accurate travel arrangements for employees and clients.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of corporate travel desk experience.

Age 30 years or above preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in travel portals, MS Office, and documentation.
