As an EMTRoyale Consultant at EaseMyTrip, you will play a crucial role in creating personalized, luxurious travel experiences for high net worth individuals (HNIs). Your responsibilities will include designing tailored travel itineraries, maintaining in-depth knowledge of exclusive destinations, nurturing client relationships, conducting travel research, resolving issues, promoting high-end travel packages, and collaborating with marketing teams. Your commitment to continuous improvement, customer focus, and creativity will drive innovative solutions to meet the discerning clients" expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design customized travel itineraries based on individual client profiles, preferences, and luxury standards. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of exclusive destinations and upscale travel experiences worldwide. - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with high net worth clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Conduct detailed research on luxury travel trends, destination insights, and exclusive offerings. - Provide prompt and thorough communication with clients, including scheduled calls to discuss travel plans and updates. - Address and resolve any travel-related issues to ensure a seamless experience for the client. - Utilize exceptional sales skills to promote high-end travel packages, secure bookings, and meet client needs and expectations. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create enticing promotional materials specific to luxury travel experiences. - Gather client feedback to refine and enhance travel offerings and service delivery continuously. - Stay informed about global travel industry trends, particularly in the luxury segment, through ongoing education and professional growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the luxury travel sector. - Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field. - Extensive knowledge of luxury travel markets and the unique requirements of high net worth individuals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with affluent clients and stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. - Proficient in assessing client needs, market trends, and designing appropriate travel solutions. - Good command over Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with CRM software. - Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals in the luxury travel market. - Ability to understand and cater to the diverse cultural preferences and expectations of international high net worth travelers. - Personal traits including creativity, curiosity, customer focus, and a continuous drive for improvement.,
