Sell travel products and holiday packages to individual and corporate clients. Convert leads (from junior sales team & online channels) into successful bookings. Manage and motivate a junior inside sales team to achieve monthly targets. Generate additional business through partnerships with business associates. Meet customers when required and provide tailored travel solutions. Plan sales strategies, run campaigns, and ensure field activities are executed smoothly. Handle client concerns, customer complaints, and disciplinary matters when necessary. Stay updated with travel destinations, geography, and industry trends.
