Travel Coordinator

As the Travel Team Coordinator at Third Bridge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a top-tier travel experience for team members globally. Working from our Mumbai office, you will collaborate closely with the Workspace team to provide exemplary customer service in all aspects of corporate travel. Your responsibilities will include liaising with service providers to arrange travel, delivering exceptional service to key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies. Your main duties will involve communicating with employees to plan and book business trips, addressing any concerns or questions they may have before, during, or after their journeys. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with employees, vendors, travel partners, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will input trip details into our 3rd party system, International SOS, to comply with our H&S policy and assist Finance in tracking for taxable reasons. Educating employees on cancellation policies, refunds, and penalties will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or in a similar customer service-oriented role. Experience in corporate travel is preferred, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, manage multiple client bookings, and proficiency in English (both written and spoken) are essential qualifications for this role.
