As a Travel Coordinator, your role will involve managing end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, trains, and buses, as well as reserving hotels and guest accommodations. You will be responsible for assisting clients with visa and passport procedures, preparing detailed travel itineraries, and tracking travel expenses to ensure adherence to allocated budgets. Additionally, you will need to handle last-minute changes or cancellations with professionalism while maintaining records of travel preferences, frequent flyer memberships, and vendor contacts. To qualify for this position, you should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in travel coordination or administrative roles. Hands-on experience with travel portals such as IRCTC and MakeMyTrip is essential, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
